- SCOPE
The purpose of the present terms of use ("TOU") is to define the conditions under which you may consult the Site. By browsing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the TOU.
CLAIMY may need to amend the TOU at any time, in particular for commercial reasons, in order to adapt to technological changes, or to conform to applicable regulation. In consequence, you must check regularly the Site in order to be informed of any change or update of the TOU.
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The architecture of the Site, the trademarks, domain names, databases, software, contents as well as all other elements constituting the Site, without this list being exhaustive (hereafter the "Protected Elements"), are the exclusive property of CLAIMY or of third parties who may have granted a license to CLAIMY. The TOU do not result in any transfer of intellectual property rights pertaining to the Site or to the Protected Elements to your benefit.
You shall refrain from any act likely to infringe, directly or indirectly, on intellectual property rights of CLAIMY or of third parties on Protected Elements. - PROHIBITED CONDUCTS

CLAIMY shall do its best efforts to maintain the Site available 7 days a week, and 24 hours a day. However, access to the Site may be temporarily suspended, in case of planned maintenance, migrations, updates, or constraints related to the functioning of Internet.
It is recalled that the transmission of data over the internet only benefits from a limited reliability. The networks used to transmit such data may have different characteristics and capacities, and are likely to be saturated at certain times of the day, which may affect their delay of transmission and their availability.
- LIABILITY
