This privacy policy is intended to explain how your personal data (hereinafter "Personal Data") is collected, processed and stored by Claimy, a simplified joint-stock company (“société par actions simplifiée”) with a share capital of 1,500 euros, whose registered office is located at 21 boulevard de Beauséjour, 75016 Paris, registered in the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 978 393 783 (hereinafter "Claimy"), in its capacity as data controller.
Claimy is eager to respect your privacy and the confidentiality of your Personal Data, Claimy is therefore committed to processing your Personal Data in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, as well as Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on Information Technologies, Data Files and Liberties in its current version (together the "Applicable Regulations").
Claimy reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time, in whole or in part. Changes will be notified to you by any means.

Your Personal Data may be collected and processed in the following cases:

- Sending news about Claimy services (legitimate interest in informing you of our new services, offers or news related to your business);
- Management of collections and litigation (contractual necessity or Claimy's legitimate interest in asserting or defending its rights and interests).
- If you are a business partner, supplier or service provider, we may process your Personal Data for your referencing, the management of our contractual relations, and accounting/invoicing (contractual necessity), or where applicable, for litigation management (legitimate interest).
- Recipients of your Personal Data
For the purposes of the processing described above, your Personal Data may in certain cases be communicated to subcontractors, in particular for IT purposes (storage/hosting, CRM, emailing, payment services, etc.), and to any external advisor (lawyer, accountant, etc.) or potential investor or buyer in the context of an investment or acquisition transaction.
- Data retention
Your Personal Data are kept by Claimy for the time necessary for the purpose of processing, namely:
- If you are a visitor to the Site: cookies and trackers shall be retained for the duration of the session, or in any case for a period not exceeding thirteen (13) months – data collected being through cookies being only retained in an anonymized form;
- If you are a customer or a supplier, your Personal Data will be kept for the duration of our contractual relationship; and may also be kept for the legal retention periods, or for the prescription periods applicable for the defense of our rights, in intermediate archives;
- If you are a prospect, a former customer, or any person seeking information about products and/or the brand Claimy, your Personal Data will be kept for a maximum of three (3) years from your last contact.
- Exercising your rights
In the conditions set forth in the Applicable Regulations, you can assert the rights detailed below at any time:
- right of access: you can obtain information on the nature, origin and use of your Personal Data. Should your Personal Data be transmitted to third parties, you may also obtain information concerning the identity or categories of recipients;
- right of rectification: you may request that inaccurate or incomplete Personal Data be rectified or completed;
- right to deletion: you may request the deletion of your Personal Data, in particular if the Personal Data are no longer necessary for the processing carried out. Claimy shall proceed with the deletion of Personal Data as soon as possible, except in the cases provided for by the regulations;
- right to restrict processing: you may request that your Personal Data be made temporarily inaccessible in order to restrict their future processing in the situations provided for by the Applicable Regulations;
- right to object: you may object to certain processing of your Personal Data for reasons relating to your particular situation, unless there are compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims. You may also object to the processing of your Personal Data at any time and without giving any reason for commercial prospecting purposes.
- right to portability: in applicable cases, you may request to receive communication of the Personal Data you have provided to Claimy, in a structured and commonly used computer format.
- The right to communicate instructions regarding the fate of your Personal Data in the event of your death.

You may also file a complaint with the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL), whose head office is located at 3 Place de Fontenoy - 75007 Paris, in the event that you consider that the processing of Personal Data does not comply with the Applicablations.
